Do you accept children?
No. Les Terrasses Suites is adults-only.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out by 11:00.

Can I arrive after 19:00?
Yes, with a €25 late arrival fee. Please let us know your expected arrival time.

Is late check-out possible?
Yes, subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings on our website: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within the 7 days before arrival are charged 50% of the total price. Bookings made through other platforms follow that platform’s policy.

Are pets allowed?
No.

Is there parking?
Yes, free on site.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free throughout the property.

Do you serve breakfast?
Breakfast is not served. Every suite has a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing breakfast and meals.

Is smoking allowed?
Suites and terraces are non-smoking. There is a smoking area by the pool.

Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, transfer service is available on request.

How far is the airport?
Madeira Airport is about 50 km away (approx. 45–50 minutes by car via the expressway). Funchal is about 35 km away (approx. 35 minutes).
