• Prices from EUR 170 per night for two. Final price depends on dates and rate.
• Calheta municipal tourist tax: EUR 2 per adult per night (max. 7 nights), added at checkout.
• Payment: 40% at booking, 60% seven days before arrival.
• Cancellation (flexible rate): free until 14 days before arrival; 50% within 14 days; 100% the day before arrival or no-show. One-night stays: non-refundable rate only.

House rules

• Check-in 15:00–19:00; arrival after 19:00 has a EUR 25 supplement. Check-out 11:00.
• No breakfast (equipped kitchenette in every suite). No pets.
• Non-smoking suites and terraces; smoking only in the open lounge on the lower floor.
• Pool 08:00–20:00, no alcohol.
