  • How can I make a reservation on the Les Terrasses Suites website?
    To make a reservation on our website simply press "Book a Room" bottom and then select the number of guests along with the requested dates. It will appear available rooms for your requested dates. To complete the reservation you must to fill the payment details. If you have a promo code, please make sure to add it and confirm your payment to make the reservation.
  • Is it safe to provide my credit card information online?
    Yes, our website uses advanced security protocols to ensure the protection of your data. You can confidently conduct transactions online.
  • How do I receive my booking confirmation?
    After completing your reservation, the booking confirmation is sent via email to the address provided.
  • How can I make a special request?
    If you wish to make a special request, please add a comment on the last step of the reservation, the "Special requests” field. Please note that these requests are subject to availability. Alternatively, you may contact us via +351 924 965 570 or by email lesterrassessuites@gmail.com.
  • How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

  • Can I modify my reservation after it has been made?
    Yes, you can modify your reservation up to 48 hours before the arrival date, subject to availability. To do so, go to "My Reservation" on our website or contact our reservations team.
  • Is there a fee for modifying my reservation?
    We do not charge any fees for modifying your reservation within the permitted period (up to 48 hours before arrival). However, changes are subject to availability and possible rate differences.
  • Can I change the dates of my reservation?
    Yes, you can change the dates of your reservation, subject to availability. If the new dates have a different rate, you will be informed of any price adjustments.
  • What should I do if I want to extend my stay?
    To extend your stay, please contact us via email informing about your request as soon as possible. The extension is subject to availability, and you will be informed of any rate changes.
  • What are the cancellation policies?
    If for any reason you have to cancel your reservation, we are totally flexible. - If you cancel more than 1 week before your check in, we refund all the amount. - If you cancel 1 week before your check in, we refund 50% of the amount. - If you don't show off or you cancel the same day, we don't refund it.
  • How can I cancel my reservation?
    If you would like to cancel your reservation, you should contact us via email providing the details of your reservation. Cancellation policies will apply.
  • Will I receive a refund if I cancel my reservation?
    If you cancel within the allowed period, you will receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made outside the permitted period, charges will apply according to our cancellation policy.
  • What happen if my flight is cancel and I can make the check-in that day?
    If your flight is canceled, we can hold your reservation until you are able to arrive in Madeira Island. If you are unable to fly due to weather conditions and your reservation period ends, we can extend your booking until your next visit to Madeira. Please note that rates may vary, and any difference in rates will be applied.
